My plan? To really buckle down and write EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
Yeah. You heard me. It's not so crazy. But the catch is, this writing challenge that I'm starting for myself, it's not just my everyday working-on-a-novel crap I always do. No, this challenge is (and must be) in addition to that.
I spent one semester in college doing something very much like this and it was the semester in which I had the greatest growth as a writer. Here's what I'm going to do:
I will posting each day's writing here as a means of holding myself accountable and reaching out to eager readers and fellow writers. I'd like others to join me in this challenge, too, so that we can support each other. Part of this is post-NaNoWriMo withdrawals, I think, but that's okay. It's writing something, and that's what's important.
So keep in mind: daily, off-the-cuff, creative sprints. I will also always include my prompt (or a link to it), so that you can see where the piece was born...and maybe you can join in the prompt, too.
